In the future, the Talbott family intends to keep production small to maintain strict quality standards and to create distinctive handmade wines of noteworthy intensity, balance, and elegance.

2008 Cuvee Sarah Case Pinot Noir Cuvée Sarah Case promises to become one of the defining Pinot Noirs in the Talbott portfolio. a deep garnet color with excellent clarity leads to the appealing complex and concentrated aromas of blueberry, dark plum, black cherry and spices, with noteable elements of nutmeg, coffee and hints of cocoa. The initial impression features the robust ripe plum, cherry and blueberryflavors leading to the mid pallet spice notes and a long and luscious fruit and spice fnish. Like an iron fist in a velvet glove,Cuvée Sarah Case combines the rich refined nature of Dijon clone fruit grown in a world-class vineyard, with soft tannins and supple velvety character. |

2007 Diamond T Chardonnay This is a classic vintage for Diamond T Chardonnay. The color is vibrant medium straw, with excellent clarity, and the aromas are redolent with high-tone tropical notes of pineapple and kiwi, underscored by layers of toasted
hazelnut, citrus and minerals. The flavors on the palate echo the initial aromatics, while offering up additional layers of Pippin apple and vanilla bean that lead to a
refreshing finish highlighting Meyer lemon and flinty minerality.
